Mia Jafari is a contemporary artsist who works with textiles, photography and video. She describes her work as “sublime excess” created “from the unexpected” witch patches “over the mundanity of the everyday” and creates “a vibrant, new landscape”. Inspired by this, we created illustraions and animations drawn from recurring motifs in her work. These flourish against the minimal site design and invigorate the site's content.
